Auction Terms & Conditions Please read these terms and conditions carefully before registering and bidding on auctions hosted by MorganHouse Auctions There will be an 18% Buyer's Premium added to all buyer's totals for each item purchased. All Bidders are required to be ID verified to bid by registering with a valid credit or debit card. You must be at least 18 years old or older to bid in any of our auctions. PAYMENTS MUST BE RECEIVED NO LATER THAN 4:00 P.M., ON THE LAST SCHEDULED PICKUP DAY OF THE AUCTION UNLESS YOU ARE PAYING CASH. Payment Types: Visa/Mastercard/Discover/American Express and cash. MorganHouse Auctions is not responsible for preview or removal. NOTE FOR REMOVAL: IF ITEMS ARE NOT REMOVED BY THE DEADLINE AND THERE IS A DISCREPANCY NO REFUNDS WILL BE ISSUED. Buyers shall rely entirely upon their own inspection and information. Winning bidders are solely responsible for their own removal. MorganHouse Auctions is not responsible for damages upon employee assistance concerning removal. Bidders must unload and pick up their complete purchases and bring their own plastic wrap and other equipment as needed. Shipping / Pick Up

Pick up days are MONDAY & TUESDAY between the hours of 10a-5pm. We do offer shipping. PLEASE NOTE: We want to remind you that if your order requires shipping, you will receive an additional invoice for shipping and handling fees. These fees are not included in the price of the items purchased and will be sent to you separately. In this email you will also be given the link to pay for this through Paypal.
