All items are sold, As Is, Where Is, without any warranties expressed or implied.
Bidding Increments will be followed throughout the auction without exception and is as follows:
$0 - $20 by $1
$20 - $50 by $2.50
$50 - $100 by $5
$100- $300 by $10
$300 - $500 by $25
$500 - $1,000 by $50
$1,000 - $3,000 by $100
$3,000 - $5,000 by $250
$5,000 and up by $500
or by Auctioneer's Discretion
Buyer's Premium will be charged at a rate of 18% on the Hammer Price for each item.
3% Discount Available if Paying via Cash, Wire Transfer.
All Gold purchases must be paid for with cash or by wire transfer. NO EXCEPTIONS
Invoiced over $500 will require Money Orders as Method of Payment.
Invoices will be sent night the auction ends, with specific instructions for pick-up. We will not automatically charge your card, and will collect payment via cash or credit upon pick-up.
Please note, our checkout times are firm and posted in numerous places. Unless otherwise listed, Summit Auction Gallery pick-up times are Friday 12pm to 5pm and Saturday 11am to 3pm. We understand emergencies happen and you may need to make a special request for pick-up. In these cases please contact our office at 832-830-9274 to make arrangements. If after 7 days, items are left unpaid and our attempts to contact and resolve are unsucessful, it will be reported to Hibid and your ability to bid at Summit or any other auction house will be affected. We appreciate your bidding and look forward to seeing you during the above posted pick-up times.
