Pickup is not at our warehouse, address will be given on paid invoice. Beautiful 2 story home located in Braeswood off N.Braeswood and Buffalo Speedway. Please bring appropriate help to move larger items, we will not have staff to move items. Lots 200-311 and 551-574 are located upstairs, bring help to move furniture down stairs, we will not have staff to help move items. Please bring boxes and paper for your items, we do NOT provide and wont have any materials on site. This is a very large auction so please keep in mind, we will do are best to get you in and out in a timely manner. Do not park in drive way unless instructed to. Delivery is available starting at $150+ per invoice in the Houston area. Deliveries will be made the following week after pickup.
