Most items we get are returns many are new and undelivered. We do get used items as well. We get truckloads break down the pallets and pass on the savings to our customers. If the item can be easily plugged in, we will plug it in and test that it powers on, it will be noted in each lot if we tested it and whether it did power on or not.
