At times, we do not have the ability to test an item. In this case, we will not list the item as working or not working. SOFT CLOSE/BID EXTENSION: Our auction lots close by a soft close. The closing time of a lot is extended by 2 minutes when a bid is received on that lot in the last 2 minutes. This is to allow other bidders a chance to bid higher if they choose, much like a live auction. It also eliminates sniper bidding, where a bidder places a bid in the very last seconds of an auction to prevent others the opportunity to respond to the bid. STAGGER: There is a 20 second stagger between each lot. The first lot will begin ending at the designated time, the second lot 30 seconds later, and so on.
