Auction Terms & Conditions Bidder/buyer agrees to all terms below All items are sold "AS IS, WHERE IS" with no guarantees - sales are final. Great Deals and Steals assumes no liability for errors or omissions in the listings. Expressly excluded are warranties of merchantability, fitness for use and purpose and description. Hour meter readings or mileages represented are unverified information and accuracy is not guaranteed in any way by Auctions Unlimited. Any information is gathered from sources believed to be reliable but is not guaranteed to be accurate. Items are available for inspection prior to bidding, and any bidder is solely responsible for personally inspecting the item or items and verifying any information presented here or elsewhere, item descriptions and listings are subject to change, correction, update or cancellation at any time without notice. Storage, insurance, tear-down, loading and removal of item or items is at the risk, expense and liability of the buyer You MUST make an appointment to schedule your pickup date and time. WE DO SHIP ON CERTAIN AUCTIONS. Buyer Pays Shipping and Materials Payment MUST be made by credit card, Debit card only! All cards WILL be charged at the close of the auction. We are not accepting cash payments at this time.Sales tax will be charged unless buyer provides proper tax exemption form prior to the close of the auction, once the cards have been charged no corrections will be made. If you are tax exempt you will be required to email a complete tax certificate to jamesberthold1@yahoo.com a copy of your Sales and Tax Use Permit and your driver's license will be required as well if it is not already on file with our office. There will be an 18% Buyer Premium on all items sold. We accept all major credit cards except American Express accepted. A Paid invoice will be sent to your email address registered with Great Deals and Steals after the sale concludes. Please have your invoice number handy when you come for pickup. By purchasing any item and or items in this auction the buyer/bidder is acknowledging/accepting these terms. PICKUP will be by appointment. YOU NEED TO MAKE AN APPOINTMENT at the end of the auction or other arrangements agreeable to seller. If not picked up by Friday noon after auction ends (or other arrangements agreed to) you will forfeit the item(s) with NO REFUND

This is an Online General Merchandise Sale. Online bidding begins at 3:00 PM CT 1/02/2025 with first lots closing at 6:30 PM CT 01/07/2025. Pickup dates will be Thursday and Friday, January 9-10 from 10-4, and Saturday, January 11 from 10-12 PM.

All items are sold as is where is. This is an online auction only. Lots will start closing on Thursday 1/15/2025 at 7pm Central Time Zone. If you have any questions about the items please ask before bidding. Preview will be available by appointment only. Please call 281-381-7542 There will be a 15% Buyers Premium and tax will apply unless we have a proper tax form. All invoices will be charged to the credit card on file in HiBid at the time of registration. If your credit card is declined at the time of invoicing, there will be a $15 processing fee added to the invoice. Please make sure to contact us before the closing of the auction if you need to use another credit card or make other payment arrangements. Invoicing is processed on the night after auction closes or first thing the morning after auction closing. Pick up dates and times for this auction are as follows: Friday 1/17/2025 - 10am to 2pm Saturday 1/18/2025 - 10am to 2pm Any items not picked up will be forfeited and disposed of as seen fit unless we are contacted by the buyer. Shipping will be available if unable to pick up. If you do not pick up or do not want to have the item(s) shipped, the items will be forfeited and disposed of as seen fit. All items for out of state buyers will automatically be taken to our shipping department for processing. Shipping can take 5 to 7 working days to be completed and shipped out of the warehouse. A $5 per line handling fee will apply along with the shipping cost of items purchased. If you are unsure about an item being shipped, please inquire before bidding. There will be two separate charges made to your credit card. First charge will be for the items invoiced as soon as the auction has completed. Second charge will be for the shipping and handling. Please bring help to load any heavy items and any packing material needed for items that need packing. We will try to help as much as possible, but may be helping another buyer at that time. All sales are final and no refunds will be given.
