Item Condition: Most overstock items are new, though their packaging may exhibit signs of wear from warehouse storage or transit. Such signs include, but are not limited to, dents, scratches, and tears. Items may bear processing stickers, and packaging is typically opened for inspection purposes. Any significant flaws or defects will be explicitly mentioned in the individual lot descriptions. Estate Sale lots will feature actual photos highlighting any visible deficiencies. Sales Policy: All items are offered on an "AS IS" basis. By bidding, buyers acknowledge that no guarantees or warranties are provided. Payment: Payments are due immediately at the conclusion of the auction. The registered credit card will automatically be charged unless alternative arrangements are made in advance. A tax rate of 8.25% applies, subject to variation based on the auction location’s local tax rates. An 18% buyer’s premium will be added to the final bid amount. Discounts for Alternative Payment Methods: A discount of 3% is available for payments made via cash, Zelle, Venmo, or Apple Pay. To avail of this discount, please notify us before the auction concludes to prevent automatic credit card charges. Collection of Items: Auction staff will not be responsible for loading purchased items or for providing loading equipment.
