ATX Auctions Houston Terms & Conditions Terms and Conditions By registering for this auction you accept and agree to these terms and conditions. If this is your first time bidding in our auction, or you’re bidding every week, here is some important information every auction enthusiast should know when bidding in our auction. Payments: Immediately after the closing of each auction we will process your payment method on file for any lots you have won. This will include a 18% buyer’s premium and state sales tax. CASH PAYMENTS RECEIVE 3% DISCOUNT You will receive a confirmation email with a copy of your paid invoice. For any cards that fail to process, email will include a link to make payment or payment can be made in person Your invoice will come from: houston1@atxauctions.com If you do not receive an invoice, please check your junk/spam folder. HiBid gives you the option to store multiple cards in your profile. When registering for each auction you can select the card you would like charged registering for the auction. Pickups and Shipping: Items cannot be paid for or picked up until the auction is complete in its entirety. Once the auction has completed, and the invoices have been created you will receive an emailed copy of your invoice and a text message indicating that you are a winning bidder. You will receive this email and text typically one hour after the auction has concluded. We have 3 designated days for pickups for each auction. THURSDAY 4PM TO 7PM FRIDAY 9AM TO 5PM SATURDAY 9AM TO 3PM ***(A Copy of the Bidders/Purchaser ID/DL is required for invoices $500 and up upon pick up)*** ***( If items are being picked up by someone other than the registered bidder, both persons ID/DL will be required upon pick up)*** WE ASK THAT ALL ITEMS BE PICKED UP DURING THE 3 DEDICATED PICK UP DAYS FOR EACH AUCTION. CUSTOMERS HAVE TAKEN ADVANTAGE OF LEAVING ITEMS WITH NO COMMUNICATION AND WE CAN NOT HOLD ITEMS LONGER. WE SEND OUT 2 REMINDER EMAILS FOR PICK UPS SO THERE SHOULD BE NO EXCUSE All merchandise not removed within 8 business day of purchase BEGINNING THURSDAY OF SPECIFIED AUCTION DAY will be considered abandoned and will be disposed of or resold by ATX Auctions Houston, and no refund will be given. Shipping is NOT available for any of our auctions at this location. Due to out-of-state consumer fraud, we are no longer shipping items. If you are a new out-of-state customer, we will automatically decline your registration. This auction is for Local or bidders with the ability to pick up their items. ATX Auctions Houston is not responsible for removal. We will assist in transporting your items from inside of the auction house to your vehicle. Due to insurance policies, ATX Auctions HOUSTON employees cannot assist in strapping down or securing items that are transported on the outside of the vehicle. Item Conditions: We do not have control over what inventory is sent to us. Our staff does their best to inspect each item and verify its condition. Not all items can be visually inspected so we do test products for functionality when we are able to do so. Returns and Refunds: If you place a bid on an item PLEASE PLEASE PLEASE be aware of dimensions and consider the type of vehicle you will pick the items up in, as NO REFUND will be given due to item not fitting in vehicle. NO EXCEPTIONS. Additional Information for some lots may be found in the “DESCRIPTIONS”. STOCK PHOTOS ARE FOR REFENCE ONLY. PICTURES OF ACTUAL ITEM WILL BE INCLUDED TO NOTE ANY DAMAGES AND CONDITION OF THE ACTUAL ITEM. Pictures and/or descriptions may not fully reflect all defects or damages on all items and we may miss things at times. So Please view the pictures and descriptions carefully and bid accordingly. All items are sold “As Is”, “ Where Is” as stated. We are not Walmart or Amazon, this is an auction house. We do our best to describe as much as possible, but we are not perfect, it is up to you THE CUSTOMER to come and inspect before bidding. We have previews available by appointment before every auction closes for anyone to come and inspect within our business hours. You are always welcome to call or text for more pictures or more details on the items your interested in. Once an auction is up and running we allow more time for preview than anyone in the business, as we strive for our customers to be informed bidders When you bid in an auction, there is NO RIGHT TO RETURN, unless an item is materially different to its catalogue description. Just like when you're in an auction room, bidding online is a contractual commitment to buy. THERE ARE NO RETURNS ONCE YOU LEAVE THE PREMISIES, PLEASE FEEL FREE TO CHECK YOUR ITEMS BEFORE YOU LEAVE THE PARKING LOT. ANY ISSUES MUST BE RESOLVED BY TUESDAY 3PM FOLLOWING THE SCHEDULED AUCTION DATE. IF AN ITEM CANT BE EXCHANGED OR REPLACED CREDIT TOWARDS NEXT PURCHASE WILL BE ISSUED. We commit to only sending you text messages to remind you that the auction will start to close in one hour and that you are a winner. ATX Auctions emails are few and far between. We will only email newsletters twice a year. By registering for our auction, you agree that we can send you text messages and emails. STOP/Unsubscribe: Each ATX Auctions location maintains its own text and email list. Phone numbers and emails will only be added to locations that you have registered. If at any time you feel it is too much, reply STOP and you will be removed from the list. If you do not wish to receive messages from a specific location you must unsubscribe from that location.
