This commercial umbrella is made of fade-resistant olefin fabric and opens to 8-1/2 ft. to provide plenty of shade. Sturdy black powder-coated aluminum pole comes in 2 pieces which snap in together for easy assembly. 8 aluminum ribs on the underside keep the umbrella steady during sporadic windy conditions. Crank-lever makes it easy to set up and open. Tilt-button allows you to shade your area throughout the day. Fade-resistant for up to 1,000 hours. Buyer Premium 16% Buyers premium A buyer's premium is a standard auctioneering fee that helps cover the cost associated with sourcing products, marketing auctions, running the marketplace and managing services such as payment collection and listing processing. Unless otherwise stated in the auction, our standard buyers's premium is 16% of the final bid price. Please keep in mind that this amount will be added to the final winning bid to arrive at the final amount due. Payment Terms: All payment is by card used for registration. Cash is not accepted at this time. Please make arrangement prior to bidding. All bidders will be invoiced immediately following close of auction. There will be a 16% buyers premium and 8.25% tax applied to all purchases unless a tax exemption form is provided to us before bidding closes. Once bidding closes there will be an additional service charge to rerun unpaid or declined invoices or for tax exempt purposes. We will need a seperate tax form for each auction invoice for tax exemption.
