By registering to bid, you hereby agree to these Terms & Conditions:
-Shipping/Billing Addresses - all bidders are required to ensure their shipping address matches their billing address and is correctly listed.
- Bidder is acknowledging that any items sent to an incorrect address due to failure to update your billing address. While UPS/USPS may assist in the recovery process, we do not have special contacts or information to expedite this process and is the sole responsibility of the bidder. We do not issue replacements or refunds for items sent to the wrong address.
- All items are sold as is with no expressed or implied warranties and we make every attempt to ensure you have accurate and thorough information on all items. Please ensure you review all pictures and ask any questions necessary to ensure your complete satisfaction with your items. WE DO NOT ACCEPT ANY RETURNS AND DO NOT PROCESS ANY REFUNDS. NO EXCEPTIONS.
- No bidder has the authority to cancel a purchase or a bid at any time. Please ensure you have reviewed all items prior to placing your bid.
- We reserve the right to cancel items and/or invoices for any reason prior to shipping. This may include contractual obligations with various vendors, system/technology issues, incorrect stock counts, and quality control issues determined at the time of shipping. In these cases, a full refund will be provided to the bidder and they will be notified as soon as possible.
-Payment options- at the conclusion of the auction, shipping charges will be calculated and you will receive an invoice for payment at the email on file. We use PayPal to process all payments. Please ensure you pay your invoice within 72 hours. Any items not paid for within 72 hours of receiving your invoice will be forfeited and no refunds of any kind will be made.
-Handling fee - a flat $7 handling fee will be applied to all invoices. We will combine shipments as long as the bidder information and shipping information matches to save on handling fees for the bidder. Please note that all invoices over $100 or more will be insured and that cost will be added to shipping costs. Items will only be shipped once invoice has been paid.
-Shipping rates cannot be pre-calculated. We do our best to provide the best price shipping on all of items to save you the most money possible.
