A "Soft Close" means if any bid is placed within the last three minutes of the close of the auction, the bid will automatically extend the closing time an additional three minutes. Example: If a bid is placed at two minutes until close, it will extend the closing time to five minutes. This feature protects bidders from being outbid without the opportunity to be notified and place another bid before the close of the auction. All purchases are final. Property/merchandise must be paid in full before removal. A physical hard copy of your property release is required in order to pick up your property. It is the sole responsibility of the buyer to remove the property purchased by the removal date. All property/merchandise in a lot must be released to original buyer at one time.
