By registering for this auction you accept and agree to these terms and conditions. If this is your first time bidding in our auction, or you’re bidding every week, here is some important information every auction addict should know when bidding in our auction. Payments: Immediately after the closing of each auction we will process your payment method on file for any lots you have won. This will include a 16% buyer's premium and state sales tax. You will receive a confirmation email with a copy of your paid invoice. HiBid gives you the option to store multiple cards in your profile. When registering for each auction you can select the card you would like charged registering for the auction. We will not accept any other form of payment other than the one thru HiBid. Pickups: Items cannot be paid for or picked up until the auction is complete in its entirety. Once the auction has completed, and the invoices have been created you will receive an emailed copy of your invoice and a text message indicating that you are a winning bidder. You will receive this email and text typically one hour after the auction has concluded. We have 3 days for pickups for each auction. Friday from 12pm-6pm, Saturday from 9am-2pm, and Monday 12-4pm.(Except during major holidays. Pickup Schedule Subject to change during major holidays or events that are out of our control. Please see the Auction Pickup details for updated pickup times/days) These days and times are strictly enforced, due to the busy nature of our business we don't allow pickups outside of these times/days. Our doors open/close EXACTLY at the times stated. Please plan accordingly. We are closed on Sundays. Items not picked up within these 3 days following the end of the auction will be considered abandoned and will be forfeited by the buyer. Under no circumstances will we be issuing a refund for abandoned lots. All forfeited merchandise will be resold by Smart Source Auctions. Please plan accordingly when bidding with us. Absolutely NO shipping! Smart Source Auctions is not responsible for removal. Customers must come prepare to load up their items. Employees will only bring item out. Due to insurance policies, Smart Source Auctions employees cannot assist in strapping down or securing items that are transported on the outside of the vehicle. We can't assist in transporting your items from inside of the auction house to your vehicle. Item Conditions: We do not have control over what inventory that is sent to us. Our staff does their best to inspect each item and verify its condition. Not all items can be visually inspected so we do test products for functionality when we are able to do so. Take a moment to read lot #1 before bidding to understand the condition types in our item listings. Returns and Refunds: At Smart Source Auctions we stand by our products. We understand that mistakes happen. Our staff from time to time will miss an important detail when inspecting items. Bid with confidence. We take accountability when we make an error. In the unfortunate circumstance that we do make an error in the listing, we will replace when able and refund when necessary. All items have a 3-day guarantee against misrepresentation or manufacturer defects. Due to this being an auction, we do not return or refund for any other reason. Please ensure that the items you are bidding on are the right size, color, shape, and model you are looking for. Please read all item descriptions and see all item pictures before bidding on an item. In order to process any refunds, items MUST be returned to Smart Source Auctions. We do NOT offer partial refunds. Customers are encouraged to check their items before leaving the premises during pickup. Email/Text: Just like you, we are not fans of junk mail and spam texts. Smart Source Auctions will not fill your email with junk and text you at the most inconvenient times. We commit to only sending you text messages to remind you that the auction will start to close in one hour and that you are a winner. Smart Source Auctions emails are usually 3 days before an auction ends and 1 hr before it ends. By registering for our auction, you agree that we can send you text messages and emails. STOP/Unsubscribe: Smart Source Auctions maintains its own text and email list. If at any time you feel it is too much, reply STOP and you will be removed from the list. HiBid emails are not controlled by Smart Source Auctions. If you would like to no longer receive emails from HiBid you may make adjustments to your notification and communications in your HiBid account. Assembly may be required on some items!
